如何安排鐵桿練習?

1.動作練習:

身體角度、軸心維持、上桿平面調整

重複做同樣的動作直到動作熟悉為止

2.目標練習:

針對每顆球設定不同的目標、方向、距離,不停的更換鐵桿

這樣才能更貼近在球場上實際的狀況

3.球伴練習:

設定一個目標,每人3~5顆球進行比賽

透過競賽增加練習的張力,下場時也比較不容易緊張
