釋放球桿正確方法

這次雅妮要來提醒球友常問的桿頭釋放問題,

首先,在桿頭釋放中,經常會有球友不小心犯了以下錯誤:

1.在釋放桿頭時,釋放太早、手丟太快,代表下桿啟動位置錯誤

2.下桿的時候先用手拉下來,這時桿頭會留在太後面,導致來不及釋放,讓球往偏右

 

而究竟如何正確釋放桿頭呢?

雅妮提供以下兩種練習方法:

1.沙包練習法:透過擊中沙包的聲音,練習正確的擊球位置和桿頭釋放

2.反手握桿:反拍練習揮擊,練習從擊球到延伸時都能正確釋放
